I Certainly Can't Figure Out How Better Would It Have Been To Be Celebrate Their 100th Anniversary Other Than This. Already, General Electric (GE) A Aircraft Engine Company Which Has Already Locked Up It's Foot In The Industry Along With Rolls Royce And Pratt & Whitney.

Already, Holding The Record For The World's Biggest Engine, GE's Marvel The 'GE9x' Has Officially Became The World's Most Powerful Engine by Maintaining 134,000 Pounds Of Thrust In One Of Its Test During November 2017.

GE Held It As A Surprise And Revealed It On 12th, July Remarking Their 100th Anniversary.

The GE9x Will Be Placed On Another Engineering Marvel The Boeing '777x'. As for now, GE Has Got Orders For Around 700 Engines From Different Clients For Setting Up Them In Their 777x.

The Thrust Produced By The Engine Is Certainly More Than Fighter Jets And Even More Than America's First Manned Spacecraft, the Mercury-Redstone 3. Although, We Cannot Ignore The Fact That The Tech And Resources Were Certainly Different Than Of Today's.

Earlier, The Record Was Held By One Of The GE's Own The 'GE90-115B'. The Guinness Record; States That The, Record Is Based On Testing Conditions And Not Based On Commercial Operations.

The Entire Engine, Paired With Its Assembly Is As Long As The Fuselage Of The Boeing 737 Max or the 'Cursed One' As I Say. The Engine Is Still Due To be Certified by The End Of This Year.

Thanks to 16 carbon fiber composite fan blades, a highly efficient 27:1 high-pressure compressor, a third-generation low emissions TAPS III combustor and lightweight ceramic matrix composite materials, the GE9X is lighter, more efficient and more powerful than previous generation engines by a significant amount.

A Video For Those, Who Want To Listen The GE9x In High Power:

On This Auspicious Occasion, David Joyce, President & Chief Executive Of GE Aviation Said:
“While we didn’t set out to break the thrust Guinness World Record title, we are proud of the engine’s performance….”
